support Updating the databaseShareFinder's share price database is updated daily, using data supplied by one of our appointed data providers: Problems with the download or retrieval of files are handled by the data provider directly. All other problems are handled by Richard Cluver Investment Services or their appointed agents where appropriate. License codesShareFinder requires one or more license codes to run on your computer. These are sent by email after we have received your payment. Software updatesFrom time to time we release program updates to make improvements and correct problems. It is usually not necessary to remove the older version before installing a program update. Restoring ShareFinder from a backupMaking backups of your work and data files is strongly recommended to prevent loss due to unforeseen circumstances. Backing up, and later restoring, ShareFinder's database requires one extra step. ReinstallingShareFinder must be reinstalled under any of the following conditions:
