Track Record
RequirementsShareFinder Professional
ShareFinder Professional is a significantly enhanced version of ShareFinder, incorporating all the old features of the Starter, Royals and Trader components, a full historical database as standard, optimised indicators and many new or improved analytical features. See here for more details.
Database Subscription
A brief download via the Internet each day keeps ShareFinder up to date with the latest share prices and volume data, supplied by a separate data provider.
For South Africa's JSE Stock Exchange there are two data providers from which to choose, InvestorData and Sharenet.
In addition to the daily share price update, a subscription is required to the monthly Supplemental data service supplied by Richard Cluver Investment Services. Fundamental balance sheet data is used by ShareFinder in the initial selection of share candidates for the medium term recommendations list.
Extended Database
A longer historical database may be purchased separately. The extended database contains share histories dating back into the 1980s in many cases, and is supplied on CDROM. The longer history has little influence over ShareFinder's automated analyses, but may be beneficial to chartists.
