Background Information
The Long-Term Investors' Selections are created for those who
prefer not to buy and sell shares on a daily basis but nevertheless seek
a high return on their investments. These selections have been available
on a monthly basis since September 1990 as an inclusion in our Prospects investment newsletter during
which they have proved themselves by achieving a remarkable average
annual gain of 93%.
Furthermore we have with the ShareFinder system successfully
eliminated most of the risk of share investment, a fact that is well
illustrated by our performance
record which details that since September 1990 only four of the 94
top monthly selections have been loss-makers.
To be fair it must be pointed out that this list represents the once-
a-month selections that have appeared in Prospects rather than
the daily service which we are now launching, but we can see no reason
why there should be any variance in the accuracy of the two predictions.
We opted for this once-a-month record because the published proof exists
for anyone who wishes to examine it: in order that we could avoid being
accused of trying to appear clever after the event.
The Short-Term Traders' Selections are created for those who
prefer a riskier but more exciting approach to the share market. Tested
publicly in my Sunday Tribune Richard Cluver Predicts column
over a 30-week period, 84 percent of its predicted trades proved
profitable with an average gain across all 30 trades of a remarkable
44.16 percent per transaction.
