Download Hints
Files retrieved by email are about 40% larger than the same files
downloaded directly from the server because of the encoding that is
needed. Please make sure that your mailbox has sufficient capacity to
accept and store emails with large file attachments.
Some ISPs impose a limit on the size of incoming email messages and
either reject or cut off messages that are too large. If a file you
retrieved is found to be corrupt, it probably exceeded your ISP's
limit and was cut off. Ask your provider whether they can increase the
limit for you temporarily.
If your email is stored in shared server space, as a courtesy to
other users you should delete the email once you have successfully
downloaded it.

Security Information
If you receive an email, which appears to have been sent by RCIS,
containing an executable file that you did NOT request, please contact
us to verify its authenticity BEFORE running it.
This warning is necessary because of the prevalence of computer
viruses, which can be spread by executable files that are infected.
Since it is relatively easy to forge the sender's address on an email
message, even messages from friends and trusted sources should be
treated with caution if they contain executable files.
A warning to this effect also accompanies all files sent via this
service.
